Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a mix of broken electronics and missing furniture, but on the bright side, the fireplace was a nice touch and the room eventually felt perfect. The service was a bit forgetful at times but overall awesome and welcoming. The location offered a nice atmosphere despite some obstructed views, and the dining options were varied, although my order was completely wrong. The facilities had their quirks too, but I ultimately had a pleasant experience overall.
The hotel rooms got so cold at night despite turning on the heater, and they were dim with views overlooking the parking lot. Even after turning on the heat at 4 pm upon check-in, the room was still freezing cold. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Kayla and the helpful staff who assisted in planning day-hikes and unique excursions. The location is gorgeous, but the view from the 'hilltop suite' was disappointing, as it faced a tree directly in front of the balcony. The dining experience, although good with nice views, had issues with orders being delivered incorrectly. Overall, a mix of experiences with standout service and location but room temperature issues.
The hotel rooms were a great size for my family of 4, very luxurious with lovely gas fireplaces, spacious bathrooms, and balconies overlooking the golf course. However, the location was very bad. The rooms were amazing, with a nice living room, a pull-out couch, a king bed, fireplaces, and hilltop views from the balcony.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with beautiful views in Carmel Valley, just a short drive from Carmel by the Sea. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, although overlooking the parking lot. The service was professional, but at times seemed a bit rushed. Dining options were delightful, offering a great culinary experience at a reasonable cost. The location was truly stunning, surrounded by rolling hills and offering a unique atmosphere. Overall, it was a lovely experience with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was like a mix of being amazed and slightly disappointed at times. The room I had was amazing, with a nice size living room featuring a pull-out couch, a hallway leading to the bedroom with a king bed, a fireplace, and a lovely wrap-around balcony with hilltop views. However, I did notice that some parts of the room felt incomplete, with a cheap fireplace and missing furniture that made it seem a bit off. The overall look of the rooms was lovely, though showing signs of wear and tear with some loose taps and tired paintwork. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional and really made my stay enjoyable.
